Frigo Plus offers you complete automation system for rerigeration plant operation. PLC controls compressors, liquid levels in pressure vessels, temperatures and pressures in the system, liquid pumps, etc. Next to standard controls PLC can be designed plant specific such to ensure the safety of the components and optimal working conditions which translates into trouble-free running of the system and energy consumption optimization.
SCADA visualization software on PC communicates with the PLC controller and enaables the plant manager to follow the working of the refrigeration plant. All data on the components such as pressures, temperatures, compressor capacity, liquid pump pressure, vessel refrigerant levels, etc., are monitored. Plant manager is also able to start and stop parts of the system, change the working parameters, see the list of the current and past alarms, etc. It is also possible to connect to the system via Internet.
