Freeze Storage Refrigeration System

Frigo Plus built compressor racks and controls for a freezer storage system for a client in Saudi Arabia.

Compressor racks with HSN8571-125 screw compressor designed to run at -25C/+55C. Units are equipped with refrigerant liquid receivers which are interconnected. As the liquid line height is over 12m a subcooling system for liquid is installed to overcome pressure drop and forming of flash gas.

Next to compressor rack control board, also control board for evaporators and Dixell EEV’s is provided.
